Ingredients
  • 2 2 tablespoon butter
  • 8 oz Palmini Linguine
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 cup nonfat milk mixed with heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions
  1. In a 12 inch skillet over medium-high, heat olive oil. Add pasta, salt, pepper, butter, Parmesan Cheese and milk/cream. Stir and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until Palmini is tender. *OR cook and stir constantly for about 10 minutes for a quicker finish time.
  3. Remove from heat, toss Palmini, and stir in Parmesan Cheese. *Pro-tip - I use a microplane and grate right over the Palmini.
