    Ingredients
    • 1 can Palmini Pasta
    • 1 Avocado
    • 1 tsp Miced garlic
    • 1 cup Cherry tomates 
    • 3/4 cup Chopped basil
    • 1/4 cup Pine nuts
    • 2 tbs Lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup Olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1 can Palmini Pasta
    • 1 Avocado
    • 1 tsp Miced garlic
    • 1 cup Cherry tomates 
    • 3/4 cup Chopped basil
    • 1/4 cup Pine nuts
    • 2 tbs Lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup Olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    Units:
      Instructions
      1. Blend avocado, lemon juice, basil,garlic, salt, and black pepper in a food processor until smooth. Add olive oil and pulse until creamy
      2. Combine avocado pesto with a linguine heart of palm pasta and cherry tomates 
      3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
      4. Use immediately or keep, refrigerated, for up to 2 hours.
