Ingredients
  • 8 oz Palmini drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbs Cream cheese
  • 2 tbs Heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic or garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Romano
  • Black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
  1. Melt the butter and oil in a skillet or cast iron pan
  2. Add minced garlic, cream cheese and heavy cream, and cook over a low-medium heat until the cream cheese has melted.
  3. Next, add the of Parmesan, mozzarella, and romano. Stir until the cheese has melted, then add the drained Palmini.
  4. Warm the "spaghetti" through, then season with black pepper, and add some chopped fresh parsley.
