This is a fantastic low carb recipe featuring sautéed shrimp and mushrooms in avocado oil along side Palmini Linguine topped with parmesan cheese. A great dinner dish that keeps the carbs low and the calorie intake down while providing plenty of nutrition.

    • clove garlic
    • avacado oil
    • parm cheese

      Instructions
      1. Sautéed some sliced mushrooms and a clove of garlic in 1tsp of avacado oil.
      2. Once the mushrooms were almost done add in the shrimp.
      3. After a few min I added the Palmini and cooked for another few min.
      4. Add parm cheese.
