• 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 2tbsp fresh basil
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 8oz cooked Palmini Linguine


  1. Blend together all sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour over Palmini Linguine and heat in a pan over medium until warmed. Top with vegan parm (or regular parm!) and devour
