INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package @palmini_official lasagna sheets
  • 1 plant based sausage
  • Any veggies you like – I used red onion, tomato, mushrooms

Hollandaise Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Cashews (soaked in boiling water for 30mins)
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Broth/water/unsweetened milk
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp each Garlic & Onion Powder
  • Pinch of sea salt & hot sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grease two ramekins or a mini pan/one loaf pan. Rinse the palmini sheets & let dry. Blend the sauce ingredients together, taste & adjust as needed. Chop the veg & cook/season the protein if needed (my sausage was already seasoned & I just had to chop it up).
  2. Layer as followed: Lasagna sheets, half the veggie & protein mix, 1/3 of the sauce. Lasagna, the rest of the veg & protein mix, 1/3 sauce, then remaining lasagna sheets. Top with remaining sauce. If youโ€™re feeling fancy, sprinkle some cheese on top ๐Ÿ˜‹
  3. Bake at 400F for 20-30 mins (I use a tiny oven so times may vary!) but once itโ€™s golden & starting to crisp around the edges you should be good! Top with green onion, avocado, & more hot sauce ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ‘Œ
