Garden Palmini


Here’s a quick garden salad featuring a can of low carb Palmini, tomatoes, shredded leek, basil and olive oil. Simple and to the point packed with plenty of nutrition. Add some cheese on top and eat alongside a glass of wine and enjoy a small low calorie meal.

Ingredients
- 1 Large Can Palmini
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Shredded Leek
- 1/4 Cup of Chopped Basil
- Salt
Optional
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- In a large frying pan add olive oil along with the leek and salt to produce sweating.
- Add cherry tomatoes and sauté on high.
- While on high, add palmini, basil and mix for a couple of minutes.
- Add cheese, serve and enjoy!
