Leftover Thanksgiving Rice
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Palmini Rice
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mixed greens
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup crush pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain and rinse Palmini rice.
- Heat 1 Tbsp of avocado oil in a non-stick pan then add in Palmini rice.
- Then, add in the remainder of the ingredients and mix until well incorporated and heated all the way through. About 3-5 minutes.
- Top with additional cranberries and enjoy!
