Lemon Tarragon Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, packed
  • salt + pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine all sauce ingredients: soaked cashews (must be soaked!), water, garlic powder, lemon juice, fresh tarragon, salt & pepper. BLEND on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth & creamy. TOSS sauce with 1 package of Palmini angel hair pasta & warm on stovetop. Plate & sprinkle with crushed black pepper. Enjoy!
