Low Carb Breakfast Palmini Lasagna

INGREDIENTS
- 1 serving Palmini Lasagna Sheets
- Mini bread loaf pan
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup cheese of choice
- Vegetables of choice
- Garlic Seasoning
- Onion Seasoning
- Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Oil Spray of choice
- Optional: Basil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F. Scramble eggs, egg whites, vegetables & seasonings on stove top.
- Spray mini loaf pan with oil and lay down one layer of Palmini lasagna sheets.
- Top with half of the egg mixture then 1/3 of the cheese.
- Repeat then finish top layer of lasagna sheets, leaving last 1/3 of cheese out. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and cook another 5 minutes. Top with fresh basil, let cool, and enjoy!
