INGREDIENTS

  • 1 serving Palmini Lasagna Sheets
  • Mini bread loaf pan
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup cheese of choice
  • Vegetables of choice
  • Garlic Seasoning
  • Onion Seasoning
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Oil Spray of choice
  • Optional: Basil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Scramble eggs, egg whites, vegetables & seasonings on stove top.
  2. Spray mini loaf pan with oil and lay down one layer of Palmini lasagna sheets.
  3. Top with half of the egg mixture then 1/3 of the cheese.
  4. Repeat then finish top layer of lasagna sheets, leaving last 1/3 of cheese out. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and cook another 5 minutes. Top with fresh basil, let cool, and enjoy!
