• Palmini
  • 1lb Ground Turkey Meat
  • 2 cups Tomato sauce
  • Grape Tomatoes – halves
  • Onion – chopped (optional)
  • Celery – chopped (optional)
  • A splash of unsweetened almond milk


Drain and rinse Palmini

In a pot with a little olive oil, cook down the onion and celery

Add in the meat and let it brown

Add in the red sauce, a splash of almond milk, tomatoes & let simmer for 5 minutes to let flavors come together

Serve over Palmini , sprinkle with some cheese & enjoy!
