Sooo delicious. The best for my keto diet. I don’t miss the regular pasta. Recommend 100 percent.

This product really worked well for me! I might boil it briefly next time for a slightly softer consistency. Otherwise, the lasagna came out great! Even my non-keto husband enjoyed it. Great job, Palmini!

I’ve always boiled mine. . .It takes away a little of that “taste” and also helps with the texture – I boil for at least 8 minutes. . .

These products are really amazing! The lasagna is so delicious! I’ve made it many times.I tell everyone about Palmini. I am Italian and love pasta, but like most people I know, we are careful of carbs. I am so happy to have your hearts of palm and all these recipes. Currently I am trying to get Palmini into Market Basket in the northeast outside of Boston where I live. I feel like I am an ambassador for you!

I made lasagna this weekend. You could not tell the difference in the taste. I agree with previous poster, I think I will boil them a little before the next one to make the noodles softer. They were a little difficult to cut with a fork. BUT, I am so glad I found these!!

I made my own Lasagna and spaghetti recipes, and I was soo pleasantly surprised. I am going to try this recipe to cut back on the cheeses that I normally use but I love this stuff …Palmini for life!!
