- Taco seasoned sweet potatoes
- Palmini Rice
- Corn
- Tomatoes
- Chipotle sauce
- For the sweet potatoes, cut the potato into cubes and add to a bowl.
- add in olive oil, paprika, chili powder, chili lime seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Mix until all cubes are coated and air fry at 400 for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For the rice, cook it according to package and then right before it done cooking, add in chili powder, paprika, minced garlic, and onions.
- For the corn, i just cooked it on a pan on medium-high heat until charred.
