The Perfect Low Carb Side

INGREDIENTS
- Steak
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Rosemary
- Diced White Onion
- Garlic
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Steak:
- Season both sides of your steak with seasoning of choice. We used salt & pepper.
- Coat the bottom of your cast iron skillet with olive oil. Place the steak on the skillet. Cook time depends on your desired temperature.
- Flip over steak and add garlic, butter, and rosemary. Baste the steak with the mixture until you have reached your desired temperature. Set aside.
Rice:
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, and onion in a pan. Saute until golden brown
- Drain and rinse Palmini Rice with plenty of water and add it to the pan. Cook until heated through.
Serve the steak with cooked Palmini Rice! Enjoy!

I made “rice” pudding with palmini rice and it was a great substitute for the original.

I’ve been doing keto for over 2 years. This stuff is awesome. I start with a little olive oil and butter over low to medium heat. Then I mince about 3 garlic cloves and throw them in for about 5 minutes. Slice up a pint of mushrooms and turn up the heat to medium high. When they are nicely browned in goes the Palmini Rice, salt, pepper and whatever else you want. Back off the heat to medium and shortly you have an awesome side dish. I did miss rice on keto and frankly this is even better. Thanks for the innovation and excellent product. Love it.
