Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 Palmini Linguine Pouch
  • 250g of sliced mushrooms
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • ½ a cup of white wine
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ½ cup of chicken broth
  • 4-5 tbsp of grated parmesan


  1. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Add about 250g of sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 mins or till they start to sweat.
  2. Add 3 large garlic cloves, minced and fry for another 4-5 mins or till they start to become golden.
  3. Add half cup of white wine to the pan, stirring & scraping off the bottom of the skillet.
  4. Simmer till the wine is mostly absorbed and then add in a cup of heavy cream and half cup of chicken broth. Season to taste.
  5. Stir for a minute and then add in 4-5 tbsp of grated parmesan and let it dissolve in.
  6. Mix Palmini into the sauce, toss well and serve with a sprinkle of parsley! Enjoys towards the end.
