- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 Palmini Linguine Pouch
- 250g of sliced mushrooms
- 3 large garlic cloves
- ½ a cup of white wine
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- ½ cup of chicken broth
- 4-5 tbsp of grated parmesan
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Add about 250g of sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 mins or till they start to sweat.
- Add 3 large garlic cloves, minced and fry for another 4-5 mins or till they start to become golden.
- Add half cup of white wine to the pan, stirring & scraping off the bottom of the skillet.
- Simmer till the wine is mostly absorbed and then add in a cup of heavy cream and half cup of chicken broth. Season to taste.
- Stir for a minute and then add in 4-5 tbsp of grated parmesan and let it dissolve in.
- Mix Palmini into the sauce, toss well and serve with a sprinkle of parsley! Enjoys towards the end.
