INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of Palmini Rice
  • 3 baby peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 block plain tofu, crumbled up
  • black salt
  • turmeric
  • broccoli
  • spinach
  • 3 vegan sausages
  • soy sauce
  • medium hot sauce
  • miso
  • ketchup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Simply cook your sausages (I like to chop & air fry them), rinse Palmini Rice and sauté the veggies and tofu with it.
  2. Add in the cooked sausages and sauces towards the end.
