Rosemary and Garlic Infused Mash



  • 1 package of Palmini Mashed
  • 1 tbsp dairy free butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
  • Few sprigs of fresh chopped rosemary
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  •  1 bag (approx. 16 ounces) of shrimp
  • 2-3 tbsp dairy free butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Handful of fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt, pepper to taste


  1. Prepare the Palmini Mashed by adding 1 tbsp of dairy free butter, 1 tbsp of garlic infused olive oil, and microwave until hot. Then, add in your fresh rosemary and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. For the shrimp scampi – in a saucepan, heat your dairy free butter and add in your shrimp. Add in your lemon, salt, pepper, and saute shrimp until cooked through. Finish with fresh parsley.
  3. Serve the shrimp scampi over your mash and enjoy!
