1-2 tbsp harissa paste (depending on how desired level of spice!)
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 packages Palmini linguine
INSTRUCTIONS
ADD all ingredients (except Palmini) to a high-speed blender (make sure cashews are soaked & softened, either overnight or quick boil method!).
BLEND on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth & creamy.
ADD additional water to thin out sauce to desired consistency (I prefer thick & creamy!). HEAT Palmini linguine in a pan on the stovetop over low heat.
ADD IN creamy harissa sauce.
MIX WELL, SERVE & ENJOY! Feel free to add in desired protein, veggies, etc. I love it with chicken sausage & broccoli!
