Kale Basil Pesto
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups kale – stems removed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Method: Add all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth
