My Sexy Veggies Palmini Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch lettuce ( chopped )
  • 1/3 cup mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup cherries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Palmini
  • 1/3.cup Green herbs ( cilantro & parsley)

Salad dressing: Vegan Caesar tahini

  • 1/2 cup Caesar tahini
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all salad dressing ingredients in mixing bowl and adjust consistency if need by adding more  lemon or water or tahini

Build your salad:

I like to Layer my veggies and drizzle the dressing in each layer, this way there is no need to mix it in the end & your salad presentation will be on point!
