Palmini Rice Stuffing



  • 1 can of Palmini rice, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 2 small stalks of celery, diced
  • 1 package of mushrooms, sliced
  • handful or two of chopped kale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • 1 tsp ground rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Start by sautéing onion and celery in olive oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add in mushrooms and sauté with additional 2 minutes.
  3. Then add in Palmini rice and kale. Mix and cover on low heat for 5 minutes and serve!
