Palmini Rice Stuffing
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of Palmini rice, drained and rinsed
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 small stalks of celery, diced
- 1 package of mushrooms, sliced
- handful or two of chopped kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tsp ground rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by sautéing onion and celery in olive oil on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add in mushrooms and sauté with additional 2 minutes.
- Then add in Palmini rice and kale. Mix and cover on low heat for 5 minutes and serve!
