INGREDIENTS

⁣𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗔:⁣

  • ⁣100g watermelon, cubed⁣
  • ⁣1-2 tbsp liquid aminos⁣
  • ⁣1/2 lime, juiced⁣
  • ⁣1 clove garlic, minced⁣
  • ⁣1 tsp sesame oil⁣
  • ⁣1/2 tbsp mirin⁣

⁣𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:⁣

  • Palmini Rice
  • ⁣carrots⁣
  • ⁣radishes⁣
  • ⁣cucumbers ⁣
  • ⁣avocado⁣
  • ⁣baby kale⁣
  • ⁣sesame seeds⁣
  • spicy vegan mayo sauce ⁣

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small sealable container. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight, if you want. ⁣
  2. ⁣⁣⁣Place watermelon (reserving marinade for later) on a lined baking tray and roast for 1.5 hours at 300. Check on them and rotate every so often. ⁣
  3. ⁣⁣⁣In the meantime, prep other ingredients. ⁣
  4. ⁣Rinse Palmini rice and gently heat in a frying pan with a little of your reserved watermelon marinade.
  5. ⁣⁣⁣Assemble bowl as you please with any and all toppings you like. Enjoy!⁣
