  • Palmini Linguine
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 3 cups kale (packed)
  • 1 cup basil (packed)
  • 1/4 c walnuts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • salt + pepper, to taste
  • crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


How to:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and Purée for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Add in additional extra virgin olive oil or water to thin it out to the consistency of your liking.
  3. Drain Palmini linguine and add to saucepan.
  4. Heat on low foe a few minutes, add in pesto, sprinkle crush red pepper flakes and
  5. SERVE!
