INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 4 Tbsp of coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup of vegan parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • handful of parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large saucepan, add in coconut butter, almond milk and vegan parmesan cheese and heat on low until the mixture starts to simmer. Drain and rinse the angel hair pasta, then add to the mixture. Allow to sit for 5-6 minutes, then add in lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Allow to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve with additional parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley!
