Soy-Free Almond Butter and Sesame Palmini Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Palmini linguine
  • ¼ cup natural, smooth almond butter
  • Juice of one large orange
  • 2 tbsp + 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic infused olive oil
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil (can add more depending on your preference)
  • Water to thin
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds
  • Garnishes of your choosing

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Drain and rinse your palmini according to instructions on the package.
  2. In a bowl, start by making your sauce. Mix your almond butter, orange juice, coconut aminos, garlic infused olive oil, sesame oil, and add in water to thin. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat about a tsp of garlic infused olive over medium heat in a saucepan. Add in your palmini noodles and saute until soft.
  4. Add in your sauce, sesame seeds, turn off the heat, and toss well.
  5. Serve with chopped scallions, more sesame seeds, or any other toppings of your choosing!
