- Palmini Rice
- Minced Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Use whichever toppings you would like! This is what we used:
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, and onion in a pan. Saute until golden brown
- Drain and rinse Palmini Rice with plenty of water and add it to the pan. Cook until heated through.
- Add avocado, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and chickpeas to the Palmini Rice! You can use whatever toppings you would like to assemble your Palmini Buddah Bowl, this is just what we decided to use!
